BioRaiden is an AuRa with light scales, light skin, blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a yellow limbal ring on his right eye, which is related to his Dai-ryumyaku powers.Raiden is blunt, sarcastic and competitive. He makes it seem like he doesn't take anything too seriously, but he does... sometimes, and it's easy to tell when he's being honest.His weapon of choice is the lance, but he's gotten pretty good as a pugilist after training with Elise for so long. More recently, he's also started sparring with Calgary - a fellow lancer and... his nhaama.Raiden owns an onsen and sushi bar - the Kitagawa Onsen. He cooks the food himself, and he gets supplies from Gravy. Raiden's favourite dish is Unagi Don and his favourite drink is hot cloudy sake.Raiden is also an artist. He enjoys sketching memorable moments he's shared with friends. Raiden also does paintings, sculptures, tattoos, and nail art for Elise and Calgary.

1.0 arc
- Born in Kugane, Raiden is a certified city boy
- During his youth he visited the Steppe every year to compete and train as a lancer. He swore to prove his might with no need for tribe affiliation
- After the calamity, he moved to Limsa to learn in the culinarian’s guild and earn money, with Loezthota as his housemate and Wolves' Den partner. (Both also in the Maelstrom).
- One day he spotted a miqo'te being kidnapped by pirates and decided to save her
- Raiden followed the pirates to Ul’dah and was able to ‘buy’ her with Grav’s financing
- Named her Elise Kitagawa, and took care of her as his little sister
2.0 arc
- Gravy and Raiden become great friends. The two together are an endless source of comic relief
- Elise introduces them to Sol, whoms't invites Raiden to the FCtm
3.0 arc
- Raiden opens an onsen and sushi bar
- The scions then drafted Elise, but Raiden didn’t want her to be at risk 24/7 so he spent his days training (with Flame Squadrons) to master dai-ryumyaku techniques
4.0
- Supposedly beat Magnai on the Naadam but let him rule ¯_(ツ)_/¯
[Elise can't back this up because she was conveniently in The First]
5.0 arc
- When Elise returns from The First, Raiden convinces the scions he can take her place in future missions
- Raiden uses his Gold Saucer stonks to buy a new apartment in Shirogane
- Puts his skills (and perhaps weapons bought from Fen) to the test in Bozja
- Meets Lyra on a very long sofa
6.0 arc [Prob going to rp jail for making this canon]
- Through his Aether Pendulum, Raiden finds out Elise got teleported to the Moon
- Apartment gets nuked by meteor during the Final DaysTM
- Goes back to Limsa. Loezthota is nowhere to be found, but Lyra introduces him to Lucis, then Raiden moves in with some of his salvaged stuff
- Lucis takes Raiden to Garlemald so he can go to the Moon and bring Elise back
- Sends Elise back to the Gridania Dye Company and decides to 'keep the moon' himself (you know, because Elise is a keeper of the moon miqo'te 🗿)
- Some weird fella with a scythe eventually appears and decides to 1v1 Raiden
- They both die 🤔❓
[this story never truly ends]
- Plot twist: Raiden had actually used Omicron tech to upload his mind to a robotic body
- Raiden eventually comes back and starts fighting as a tank since his robotic body takes less damage while he does maps with friends
- I guess with enough aether he managed to get his body back
- When he meets Elise again she introduces him to Calgary
and that's how he met his nhaama
